- 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flake
- 2 cloves of Garlic, Sliced Thin
- 2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
- 1 Pint of Heavy Cream
- Pecorino Romano To Taste
- Salt to taste
- 1 Tablespoon of Cold Butter
